# Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980, Paragraph 51


In section 38(1) of the Administration of Justice Act 1964 for “section 28 or 29 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute “ section 37 or 38 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ”.
