# Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980, Paragraph 56


In section 8 of the Criminal Procedure (Attendance of Witnesses) Act 1965 for “section 77 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute “ section 97 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ”.
