# Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980, Paragraph 6


In section 46(1A) of the Children and Young Persons Act 1933 for “section I of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1957” substitute “ section 12 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ”.
