# Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980, Paragraph 69


In section 90(2) and (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1967 for “section 104 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute, in each case, “section 127(1) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980”.
