# Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980, Paragraph 7


In section 27(3) of the Criminal Justice Act 1948 for “section 105(5) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute “ section 128(7) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ”.
