# Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980, Paragraph 70


In section 49(3) of the Companies Act 1967 for “section 104 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute “ section 127(1) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ”.
