# Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980, Paragraph 76


In section 125(1) of the Medicines Act 1968 for “section 104 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute “ section 127(1) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ”.
