# Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980, Paragraph 77


In section 12(3) of the Sea Fisheries Act 1968 for “Sections 65(1) and 66 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute “ Sections 77(1) and 78 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ”.
