# Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980, Paragraph 86


In Schedule 4 to the Children and Young Persons Act 1969, in paragraph 5(1), for “section 28(1) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute “ section 37(1) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ”.
