# Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980, Paragraph 89


In Schedule 1 to the Administration of Justice Act 1970 for “section 54(3) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute “ section 63(3) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ”.
