# Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980, Paragraph 98


In section 8(3) of the Attachment of Earnings Act 1971 for “section 65(2) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute “ section 77(2) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ”.
