In rule 2(1), at the appropriate places, insert—

  • ““children’s guardian” means an officer of the service appointed to act on behalf of the child in accordance with section 65(1)(a) of the 1976 Actf1;”;

  • ““reporting officer” means an officer of the service appointed in accordance with section 65(1)(b) of the 1976 Act;”.
