Article 14 Amendments to the Magistrates' Courts Rules 1981

for “by the clerk or justice” substitute “by the justices' chief executive on justice”;

for “the clerk whose duty” substitute “the justices' chief executive whose duty”; and

for “the clerk shall enter” substitute “the justices' chief executive shall enter”.
