# The Magistrates' Courts (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2001, Article 17: Amendments to the Magistrates' Courts Rules 1981


In rule 79(2), for “he may by notice in writing” substitute “the clerk of the magistrates' court may by notice in writing” and after “sent to the applicant or respondent as the case may be” insert “by the justices' chief executive”.
