# The Magistrates’ Courts (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2021, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Magistrates’ Courts (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2021 and shall come into force on 28th June 2021.
(2) In rule 2 of these Rules, a reference to a rule by number alone means the rule so numbered in the Magistrates’ Courts Rules 1981.
