# Magistrates' Courts (Amendment No. 2) Rules (Northern Ireland) 1997, Article 5: Notification of conviction before expiration of period of deferment


In Rule 127 paragraph (1) for the words “Article 14 of the Treatment of Offenders (Northern Ireland) Order 1976” there shall be substituted the words “Article 3 of the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 1996”.
