# The Magistrates’ Courts (Amendment No. 2) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2008, Article 1: Citation and commencement


These Rules may be cited as the Magistrates’ Courts (Amendment No.2) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2008 and, subject to rule 2, shall come into operation on 1st October 2008.
