Magistrates’ Courts

Coming into operation 1st January 2012
The Magistrates’ Courts Rules Committee makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 13, 118A (5), (6) and (7), 118B (3) and (4), 118C (5), (6) and (7) and 118D (4) and (5) of the Magistrates’ Courts (Northern Ireland) Order 1981f1, after consultation with the Department of Justice and with the agreement of the Lord Chief Justice.
