In Rule 6—

(a)

in paragraph (1) for the words “is represented by counsel or a solicitor” there shall be substituted the words “has a solicitor acting for him in the case (whether present in court or not)”;

(b)

in paragraph (4) for the words “You may give” there shall be substituted the words “You or your solicitor may give”.
