  "text": "For Rule 73 there shall be substituted the following Rule—\n““Clerk to have copies of documents sent to accused under s.12(1) of the Act of 1980\n73 Where the prosecutor notifies the clerk of the court that the documents mentioned in paragraphs (a) and (b) of section 12(1) of the Act of 1980 have been served upon the accused, the prosecutor shall send to the clerk a copy of the document mentioned in paragraph (b).”.",
