Paragraph 15

In Rule 99(2) for the words “Provided that” to the end there shall be substituted the following words—

“ Provided that this paragraph shall not apply to any summons in respect of a summary offence served in the manner authorised by—

(a)

the said sub-paragraph (b); or

(b)

the said sub-paragraph (c) in a registered letter or by recorded delivery service.”.
