Made 1st March 1989
Laid before Parliament 7th March 1989
Coming into force 3rd April 1989
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 144 of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980, after consultation with the Rule Committee appointed under that section, hereby makes the following Rules:–
