# The Magistrates' Courts (Amendment) Rules 1997, Article 13: Amendment of Magistrates' Courts Rules 1981


For the heading to rule 70 (written statements in committal proceedings or summary trial) there shall be substituted “Evidence in committal proceedings and written statements in summary trial”.
