Article 2 Interpretation

—In these Rules any reference to a rule is a reference to a rule contained in the Magistrates' Courts Rules 1981^f1, and any reference in a rule to a paragraph or a sub-paragraph is a reference to a paragraph or sub-paragraph of that rule.
