  "text": "In rule 5 (restrictions on reports of committal proceedings) for the word “given” there shall be substituted the word “tendered”, and for the words “in evidence any written statement or taking depositions of witnesses in accordance with rule 7” there shall be substituted the words “any evidence”.",
