  "text": "MAGISTRATES' COURTS\nPROCEDURE\nMade 20th December 2000\nLaid before Parliament 22nd December 2000\nComing into force 15th January 2001\nThe Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the power conferred upon him by section 144 of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980, and after consultation with the Rule Committee appointed under the said section 144, hereby makes the following Rules:",
