  "text": "After rule 86(1)(b) there shall be inserted the following:\n“; or\n(c) where a person other than a police officer is authorised under section 125A or 125B of the Act of 1980 to execute a warrant of arrest providing for a recognizance to be entered into by the person arrested (but not by any other person), before the person executing the warrant.”.",
