# The Magistrates' Courts (Amendment) Rules 2004, Article 3: Magistrates' Courts (Forms) Rules 1981


(1) The Magistrates' Courts (Forms) Rules 1981 are amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 2, after the form numbered 30, there is inserted the forms set out in the Schedule to these Rules.
