Coming into force in accordance with article 1
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 144 of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980 and section 111 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (“the 2003 Act”) hereby makes the following Rules:
