  "text": "(1) The amendments made by rules 5 to 9 of these Rules do not have effect in relation to a summons or warrant (as the case may be) issued before 1 January 2020.\n(2) The amendment made by rule 10 of these Rules does not have effect in relation to an order made before 1 January 2020.",
