Article 3 Amendment of rule 2

In rule 2(1) (interpretation), after the definition of “the Act of 1998” insert—

““business day” means any day other than—

(a)

a Saturday, Sunday, Christmas Day or Good Friday; or

(b)

a bank holiday under the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971^f1, in England and Wales;”.
