# Magistrates' Courts (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 1997, Article 11: Taking of recognizances


Rule 150 shall be amended by inserting after paragraph (2) the following new paragraph:
“(2A) A recognizance under the Road Traffic Fixed Penalties (Enforcement of Fines) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997 may be taken by a member of the Royal Ulster Constabulary.”.
