Article 2 Form of summons

In Rule 8 after paragraph (6), the following new paragraph shall be added—

“(7)

A summons issued in respect of an offence involving obligatory or discretionary disqualification within the meaning of Article 4 of the Road Traffic Offenders (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 shall bear an endorsement in Form 2B.”.
