Article 1 Citation and commencement

These Rules may be cited as the Magistrates’ Courts (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2006 and shall come into operation on the same day as Article 80A of the Police and Criminal Evidence (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 comes into operation.
