Article 1 Citation and commencement

These Rules may be cited as the Magistrates’ Courts (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2009 and shall come into operation in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

(2)

Rules 1, 2(2), (6)(a) to (d) shall come into operation on 9th March 2009.

(3)

Rules 2(1), (3), (4), (5) and 6(e) shall come into operation on 10th April 2009.
