Rule 1 Citation and Commencement

These Rules may be cited as the Magistrates’ Courts (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2012 and, subject to paragraph (2), shall come into operation on the 6th June 2012.

(2)

Rule 2(6) shall come into operation on 11th June 2012.
