  "text": "(1) These Rules may be cited as the Magistrates’ Courts (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2016.\n(2) Rules 2(1) and 2(2)(b) shall come into operation on 1st April 2016.\n(3) Rule 2(2)(a) shall come into operation on the same date as section 93 of the Justice Act (Northern Ireland) 2015.",
