  "text": "Magistrates’ Courts\nProcedure\nMade 3rd March 2021\nLaid before Parliament 8th March 2021\nComing into operation in accordance with Rule 1\nThe Magistrates’ Courts Rules Committee makes and the Lord Chancellor, after consultation with the Lord Chief Justice, allows the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 13 of the Magistrates’ Courts (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 and section 49 of the Crime (International Co-Operation) Act 2003.",
