Rules revoked by Crime and Courts Act 2013 (Family Court: Consequential Provision) 2014 Sch.

In rules 4, 8 (in both places where it appears), 9, 10(1) and (2), 11, 12, 14 and 15, for “justices' clerk” substitute “justices' chief executive”.
