  "text": "In these Rules:—\n“complaint” includes an application under Rule 14 of the Magistrates' Courts (Children and Young Persons) Rules 1970;\n“Contracting State” means a Contracting State defined in section 2 of the 1985 Act;\n“the 1985 Act” means the Child Abduction and Custody Act 1985;\n“the Hague Convention” means the Convention defined in section 1(1) of the 1985 Act;\n“the High Court” means the High Court in England and Wales or the High Court in Northern Ireland.",
