  "text": "(1) Subject to paragraph (3), the Rules specified in Schedule 1 are hereby revoked.\n(2) Subject to paragraph (3), the provisions of the Magistrates' Courts Rules 1981 shall have effect subject to these Rules.\n(3) Nothing in these Rules shall apply in connection with any proceedings begun before the coming into force thereof.",
