  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order substitutes a new list of magistrates' courts committee areas in the Magistrates' Courts Committee Areas Order 1999. The new list substituted by this Order takes account of changes to magistrates' courts committee areas effected by Orders that establish on 1st April 2001 the following magistrates' courts committees:\nGreater Manchester (the magistrates' courts committees for Manchester, North and West Greater Manchester, Oldham, Stockport, Tameside and Trafford are abolished);\nSouth Yorkshire (the magistrates' courts committees for Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield are abolished);\nSussex (the magistrates' courts committees for East Sussex and West Sussex are abolished); and\nWest Mercia (the magistrates' courts committees for Hereford and Worcester and Shropshire are abolished).",
