# The Magistrates' Courts Committees (Constitution) (Amendment) Regulations 1992, Regulation 4: The Magistrates' Courts Committees (Constitution) Regulations 1973


After Regulation 5(4) there shall be inserted the following:—
“(5) Rule 8 of the Justices of the Peace (Size and Chairmanship of Bench) Rules 1990 shall apply as appropriate to such elections as though they were elections under Rules 6 or 9 of those Rules.”.
