Laid before Parliament 10th June 1998
Coming into force
for the purpose of articles 2 and 4 1st April 1999
for all other purposes 1st July 1998
Having consulted in accordance with section 32(5) of the Justices of the Peace Act 1997, the Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 32(3) and (8) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
