# The Magistrates' Courts Committees (Devon and Cornwall) Amalgamation Order 1998, Note: Explanatory note

This Order provides for the replacement of the magistrates' courts committees for Devon and Cornwall by a single committee to be known as the Devon and Cornwall magistrates' courts committee.
