# The Magistrates' Courts Committees (Merseyside) Amalgamation (Amendment) Order 1998, Article 2


In paragraph 1 of the Schedule to the Magistrates' Courts Committees (Merseyside) Amalgamation Order 1998:—
(a) in the fefinition of “the first appointed day”, for “June” there shall be substituted “July”;
(b) in the definition of “the second appointed day”, for “July” there shall be substiuted “August”.
