# The Magistrates' Courts Committees (Merseyside) Amalgamation (Amendment) Order 1998, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order corrects an error in the Magistrates' Courts Committees (Merseyside) Amalgamation Order 1998. The first appointed day is changed from 1st June 1998 to 1st July 1998, and the second apponted day is changed from 1st July 1998 to 1st August 1998.
