  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been amended by S.I. 1998/1293 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of S.I. 1998/1175.\nMAGISTRATES' COURTS\nMade 7th May 1998\nLaid before Parliament 7th May 1998\nComing into force\nfor the purpose of articles 2 and 4 1st April 1999\nfor all other purposes 1st June 1998\nHaving consulted in accordance with section 32(5) of the Justices of the Peace Act 1997, the Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 32(3) and (8) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:",
