# The Magistrates' Courts Committees (Merseyside) Amalgamation Order 1998, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order provides for the replacement of the magistrates' courts committees for Knowsley, Liverpool, St. Helens, Sefton and Wirral by a single committee to be known as the Merseyside magistrates' courts committee.
