# The Magistrates' Courts Committees (Thames Valley) Amalgamation Order 1998, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order provides for the replacement of the magistrates' courts committees for Buckinghamshire and for Berkshire and Oxfordshire by a single committee to be known as the Thames Valley magistrates' courts committee.
